Kamo nanban è un piatto composto dagli spaghetti di soba e il brodo con i pezzi di anatra e i cipollotti, viene servito in una ciotola e si gusta a caldo. I soba sono sottili tagliatelle (simili a spaghetti) di grano saraceno tipici della cultura culinaria asiatica: i funghi shiitake e un tocco di peperoncino daranno quel tocco piccante che renderà questa ricetta.
