To begin with this recipe, we have to prepare a few ingredients. You can cook falafel using 9 ingredients and 4 steps. Here is how you cook it.

The ingredients needed to make Falafel:
  1. Prepare chickpea (dry)
  2. Take small onion
  3. Prepare garlic
  4. Take parsley
  5. Take baking soda
  6. Get flour
  7. Prepare salt
  8. Get cumin
  9. Make ready oil
Instructions to make Falafel:
  1. Soak the chickpeas overnight.
  2. Drain the chickpeas, and put them in a bowl, add chopped onion, minced garlic, chopped parsley, baking soda, flour, salt, pepper and a spoon of cumin.
  3. Use a food processor or a blender to mix the ingredients. Grind them well, but do not make it pasty.
  4. Form small balls, and fry in deep oil for a few minutes until brown and crispy. You can also do it in a pan, frying them for a few minutes per side.
