  3. Immerse in ice cold water for 10 minutes and take out.
  4. Heat oil in a pan and saute garlic. Add mushrooms and saute. Add salt and pepper and chilli flakes. Add soya sauce and prepared GNOCCHI. Mix slightly and serve
