  2. Add cauliflower, all seasonings, and stock, and increase great to medium high. Soft boil until cauliflower is very soft, about 15 minutes.
  3. Add asparagus and boil about 5 minutes until asparagus is soft but still bright green.
  4. Reduce heat and stir in half and half. Blend with immersion blender until smooth. Simmer 5 more minutes.
  5. Garnish with drizzle of olive oil, parmesan cheese, almonds and basil leaves.
