  1. Preheat oven @ 400 °. Saute onion and pepper until almost tender. Set aside.
  2. Mix all ingredients together except for 1/2 package of shredded cheese.
  3. In a greased 13x9in pan, pour mixture into pan, cover with foil & bake for 30 minutes.
  4. Take out of oven, add rest of cheese & mix 1 more time. Place back in oven, uncovered, fir 15 more minutes. Then serve.
