Prepare 4 potatoes, wedges
Prepare 1.5 tsp salt

Prepare 4 tsp oil
Make ready 1.5 inch ginger, finely chopped

Get 1 capsicum, cubed
Prepare 2 tsp chilli sauce
Prepare 3-4 tbsp tomato sauce
Get 3 tbsp soy sauce
Make ready 1.5 tbsp vinegar
Take 1/2 tsp salt
Get 1.5 tbsp corn flour
Take 1/2 cup water
Take 3-4 tbsp honey
Prepare 1.5 tsp sesame / til, roasted
Instructions to make Honey Chilli Potatoes:
Wash, Peel and cut the potatoes in wedges.
Heat 2-3 cups of water in a pan and add potato wedges to it with salt.
Bring it to boil and let it boil for 2-3 minutes.
Take out from water and add black pepper and corn flour to it and coat all the potatoes with flour.
Heat oil in a kadhai and deep fry potatoes until crisp and golden in colour.
Drain on an absorbent paper and Keep aside
In a large wok, heat oil and saute garlic, ginger, green chilli and 2 spring onions.
Add onions and capsicum, saute on high flame.
Next add chilli sauce, tomato ketchup, soy sauce, white vinegar and salt.
Saute this on high flame for half minute.
Now mix 1 tbsp corn flour in ¼ cup water without any lumps in a bowl.
Pour the corn flour mixture gradually in it and stir continuously till it turns translucent.
Switch off the heat and add 2 tbsp honey and mix well.
At last add fried potatoes and mix gently.
Garnish with spring onions and 1 tsp roasted sesame seeds. mix well.
Honey chilli potatoes are ready to serve hot with fried rice as complete meal or as it as snack.
