  4. Turn steaks and cook additional 7-10 minutes depending on how well you want them cooked. Remove meat and reduce heat to low.
  5. If you want mushrooms you can add them in now and sautee on low until brown or desired tenderness.
  6. Gradually pour in wine, stirring constantly. Cook for 1 minute on low.
  7. Stir heavy cream in and bring to a boil then reduce heat. Simmer for 1-3 minutes or until slightly thickened.
  8. Pour over steaks and enjoy.

Rub the mixture over both sides of sirloins. Rub the steaks with the herb paste and set aside. Set the red pepper, onion and garlic on a double layer of foil. Rub onto steak on both sides. Stir together the paprika, salt, sugar, chili powder, chipotle powder, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and cumin in a small bowl until blended.
