I like to cut the vegetables earlier in the day, then chill them so they are nice and crisp. It uses beets, goat cheese, candied walnuts and baby greens. For a main dish salad, add chicken. Feel free to include more of your favorite vegetables too.

Instructions to make ‘Meat’ Veggies Salad:

Lastly add blanched broccoli florets and cherry tomatoes. Stir to mix for few seconds. Serve warm.

For a main dish salad, add chicken. Feel free to include more of your favorite vegetables too. Onions and tomatoes cooked in bacon fat make a luxurious vinaigrette for this spinach salad. Herbs are a great new addition to salad ingredients. If you have an herb garden, pick whatever is green and leafy and toss it in.
