  6. Drop 3-4 bagels gently into water. Allow to boil for 90 seconds then flip for 90 more.
  7. Remove, allow to drip on a rack then transfer to a well sprayed cookie sheet. Brush with egg.
  8. Put on a sprayed, corn meal sprinkled cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 30-35 mins.
