Rinse and pat your chicken breasts dry and rub the rosemary mix on both sides. Set aside until your pan is finished heating. In a large glass bowl or ziptop bag, combine the rosemary, thyme, garlic, oil, lemon zest, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
