  20. Take Brown bread burger buns
Instructions to make 4 Grain Burger:
  1. Soak the grams over night and pressure cook until they are mashable.
  2. Mash some of them fine and keep some chunky.
  3. In a pan, put 1 tsp oil and roast the onions and green chillies. Now add the mashed beans mix to it. Season with Salt and pepper.
  4. Once they mix well, add the grated veggies, bread crumbs and season suitably.
  5. Make burger patty and shallow fry them in very less oil.
  6. In the hung curd, add some lemon juice and salt to taste to make sour cream.
  7. In another pan, put 1 tsp oil add the tomatoes, oregano, salt and red chilly flakes. Once the tomatoes are soft, turn off the flame and add the cucumbers. Salsa is ready.
  8. To assemble: Cut the buns in half and toast the inside. Smear sour cream on the bottom half. Place lettuce leaf on top of it. Now put the patty. Add some salsa on top and place the burger top on it.
  9. Alternatively you can make two thin patty for the burger and alternate with sour cream and salsa.
