  7. Drizzle the remaining oil over the pieces. Sprinkle the garlic salt lightly over the pieces.
  8. Bake at 300 for 30 minutes or until the tomatoes are slightly wrinkled.

Bruschetta with Peppers and Gorgonzola Ina Garten tops these toasted bread. In a small skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and stir, lightly frying for about a minute, removing before the garlic gets too brown (it can be golden).
