Bruschetta is one of the most favored of current trending foods in the world. It’s enjoyed by millions every day. It is simple, it is fast, it tastes delicious. They are fine and they look wonderful. Bruschetta is something that I’ve loved my entire life.

To begin with this recipe, we must first prepare a few components. You can have bruschetta using 9 ingredients and 5 steps. Here is how you cook that.

The ingredients needed to make Bruschetta:
  1. Take 1 Baguette pre-cut 1/2" slices
  2. Take 1 jar of store bought bruschetta mix
  3. Take 1 packages Mozzarella Cheese
  4. Prepare 1 Parmesan Bread Dipping Seasoning (Publix)
  5. Get 1 as needed Olive Oil
  6. Prepare 1 as needed Fresh Basil
  7. Prepare 1 can Whole black olives
  8. Prepare 1 can Whole Green Olives
  9. Take 1 each Jar of Roasted Bell Peppers

Slice the bread into individual pieces and spoon the mixture on top. Bruschetta (/ bruːˈskɛtə /, / bruːˈʃɛtə /, Italian pronunciation: [bruˈsketta] (listen)) is an antipasto (starter dish) from Italy consisting of grilled bread rubbed with garlic and topped with olive oil and salt. Variations may include toppings of tomato, vegetables, beans, cured meat, or cheese. The true flavor of the bruschetta is on the "sauce" that forms from the tomatoes'juices, olive oil, and seasonings marinating together.

Steps to make Bruschetta:
  1. Arrange pre-cut slices of baguette on a large cookie sheet and drizzle olive oil on each piece. Season lightly with Parmesan Bread Dipping Seasoning. Broil in oven until lightly toasted.
  2. Put olives and Roasted Bell peppers in a bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Refrigerate until ready to plate.
  3. Remove baguette slices from oven. Cut mozzarella into thin small slices and put on each slice of the baguette. Reserve some large slices for plating.
  4. Put baguette slices back into oven and broil until cheese melts and remove.
  5. Last add Bruschetta mix to each slice. Plate with the remaining mozzarella slices and add marinated olives and roasted bell pepper and garnish chopped basil!!

Variations may include toppings of tomato, vegetables, beans, cured meat, or cheese. The true flavor of the bruschetta is on the "sauce" that forms from the tomatoes'juices, olive oil, and seasonings marinating together. To keep the bread from getting soggy, make sure it is well toasted, and use a slotted spoon to serve, if desired. At our house, we fight for those last juices–to sop them up with a crusty baguette is Heaven! In a large bowl, combine oil, basil, garlic, salt and pepper.
