  4. Place all the bread over it and bake in medium heat for 8 to 10 mns..your bruschetta is ready..
  5. Don’t take out the pizza tray immediately from the oven once it’s done..let it remain inside the oven for 5 more minutes to get a crispy base..

Place bread slices on a broiler pan. Char bread on each side under hot broiler, keep an eye on it! Rub toasts with cracked garlic and drizzle with oil. Chop seeded tomatoes and place in a small. Bruschetta with Peppers and Gorgonzola Ina Garten tops these toasted bread rounds with sweet sauteed peppers and creamy Gorgonzola cheese.
