(Vo väčšom hrnci si roztopíme maslo s olivovým olejom a osmažíme nakrájanú cibuľu dozlatista. Pridáme zvyšnú zeleninu a varíme do zmäknutia. Osolíme a okoreníme.)
  5. Add roasted squash and potatoes and pour over broth. Simmer 10 minutes. (Pridáme opečenú tekvicu a zemiaky a zalejeme vývarom. Varíme ešte 10 minút.)
