  1. Wash, soak and boil chick peas. Take 5 whistles in the pressure cooker. Drain water, use in soups or aquafaba.
  2. In a mixer jar add onion, garlic, ginger, green chilles and grind coarsely. Add coriander and mint leaves and grind.
  3. Then add the boiled chickpeas with the coarse mixture and grind again. Do not add water while grinding. It will make the mixture very loose.

  7. Make lemon sized balls and flatten them. Or give any shape as you like. Heat a pan add some oil and start adding the falafels.
  8. Let them brown on both side.
  9. Apply butter on both sides of the bread and toast on tawa. Place a slice of cheese on the toasted side and remove on a plate after few seconds. Do this to two bread slices.
  10. On the other two bread slices apply sauce. Place torn 2-3 iceberg leaves
  11. Add sliced onions and top with the crunchy falafels.
  12. Cover with the cheese bread slice and press the sandwich.
  13. Slice the bread in halves and serve hot with your favourite sauce or chutney.
