  1. Make scrambled egg by adding a bit of chicken powder and pepper into the egg batter, and set a side.
  2. Sauté chopped garlic and onion on a pan until they turn into golden brown and fragrance.

  7. Serve on the top of steam rice and sprinkle with fried shallot.
