  1. Marinate chicken with chilli turmeric and fennel powder and salt
  2. Half fry chicken pcs. Keep it aside
  3. Take a pressure cooker and pour the above frying oil and heat it. Add mustard seed and 1 whole chilli and curry leaves. Then add ginger garlic sauté it then add sliced onion into it.
  4. Sauté until it turns brown. Add chopped tomato and chilly,sauté for a min
  5. Now add chilli powder,coriander powder,garam masala/ channa powder,salt and fennel powder. Add 1 1/4cup water. Add channa into it when the above mix starts boiling. Close the lid and wait for 3-4 whistles.
  6. Wait for 5 min and then open the lid. Take non stick wok and pour the above above curry in to The wok.
  7. Heat the wok in a medium flame and then add chicken pieces.Sautè until it becomes dry.
  8. Add 2 spoons of fried onions.Mix it well and garnish with coriander leaves.😻😋
