  3. Mix the milk to the rice and bring it to heat in low flame. Stir constantly
  4. The rice should be completely cooked, thick in consistency. Set aside.
  5. Pour in serving bowl, refrigerate and garnish with chopped almonds & pistachios

We were hoping for lunch at this cafe we had heard of. But on the way there, we stumbled upon a little Turkish restaurant; and somehow, a strong craving for Kofta Kebobs took us there instead. At the end of our satisfying lunch, we were each served a little souffle cup of Middle Eastern rice pudding. Bring milk and rice to a boil and then reduce heat. In a large heavy-bottomed pot, bring your milk to a simmer while constantly mixing.
