Add water to poaching pan until half way up sides of baking dish. Once both the crust and toffee filling are cooled, spread half of the toffee filling evenly inside crust. Slice the bananas and layer on top of filling. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, melted butter or margarine, and ginger until well blended.

  4. Add caramel and chill until needed top with sliced bananas and cover with cream and serve(I prefer to add the cream on the individual portions but do it ur way)….enjoy
