  3. place bacon, onion, garlic in saute pan over med heat. cook to onion softens.
  4. add ground turkey. cook through
  5. follow instructions on taco seasoning packet.
  6. add drained beans, corn, total, and 3/4 cheese to seasoned turkey.
  7. stuff peppers with mixture
  8. sprinkle cheese over each pepper
  9. place in 9x13. book for 40 min covered (foil) and 10 min uncovered
